I have been having trouble with the solex carb on my 1900 opel and i have come across a weber wich i have worked out to posibly be a 34 adm of the xf ford wich bolts strait onto my manifold who hoo! anyway being that the weber is of a 6 and going to a 4 what jet sise would you recomend as i still have simular problems as the solex but it dose go harder even thouhg the secondary jet(i think)is completely missing(theirs a treaded hole on the secondary side at the top on the outside inbetween the float chamber and the throats)?.With this hole blocked it will idle but wont rev and it wont idle but it will rev if its left open.i have been searchin for weber diagrams to figer out what the missing part is but i have had no luck

Thankyou 8370k,This proved to be helpfull.it appears that my missing part is the idle solenoid.Google had just sent me in circles,perhaps i gave it too much infomation lol.Ha ha grue pugg,Are you saying that this weber will not run a 4cylinder or are you saying we all should have recieved our education from the same site as you !
Some of us are up late and make a few spelling mistakes or we just couldnt be f***ed geting it right just to please the unhelpfull knobs on this site

Shes all good,Changeing solex carbie to weber on a 1900 opel in a lx torana was the easyest conversion i have come across.All that was needed was a longer accelerater cable from (Hx Hz) and a mod to the accelerator bracket(welder)and to bolt the weber on to my manifold i just had to back the studs out abit to make them long enough.
