Wholly Sheet. Thats neat. I bought an Econovan off a guy last year and I thought his HR with 30,000 miles and plastic on the door trims from new was tidy. Yours makes his look like an old clunker.

yeah i here ya m8 thats where ya have to decide if you put it up on blocks and leave it or sell it!!! or you could always disconnect the speedo lol!! but in all seriousness m8 if your thinking of selling it you may as well do it now with only 13,500 kmh on it before you drive it and before you know it the kmh have ticked over and price falls a lot either way its a credit to you and the previous owner!!

Thats beautiful.
Id be too scared to drive it. Like you said, every mile ticking over would be painful. Put it away mate and forget all about it. This will be a one off in years to come. Its virtually brand new.

i only know of a HG s/w and a HR ute in almost the same condition.. there are probably a few around....

the HG is nice and has about 18,000 miles on the clock,, the HR ute is low miles about 14,000 but has a bit of wear and tear...

I know of a 308 WB ute with 232klm on the clock.... hasnt even clocked 1,000 kms

so they are around im sure

its not really going to become "just another hr sedan", because the way i see it that implies that there are a lot around already which i dont think there is..and even if it did have a few more Ks on it it would be just another hr sedan that happens to be in mint condition. great car.

a very nice car, not to many like this left, if it sells i hope it goes to a good home

my mate has a HG prem with 22,000 miles on the clock, it like new, he tried to sell it earlier on this year cause he needed some money, he put $30,000 on it and had many offers from $22,000 to $25,000 but turned them all down, he still has the car

i understand you mates dilema... as he only gets to sell it once...

my car was first registered in 1967 and last registered in 1975.... 1,600 miles per year... a real sunday driver....

whoever buys it will not be dissapointed...

100% true.... its tough for the average joe... if joe buys it and puts another 50,000 miles on it in the next 10 years it will become just a very good HR.... so really all you can do is park it.... drive it to the HR nationals once a year...collect a heap of trophys... take it home....polish it and put it away for another 12 months...

sounds like a 50 year olds sex life.... only getting a polish once a year that is... :-)

Very sweet ride, and nice flash kit too. This was at the All Holden Day wasnt it? I thought my HR interior was mint, but this takes it to another level.
