If you have a dead stock V6, but have fitted the same cold air intake & extractors like HSV fitted to the SV3800, then you will see a slight improvement. If you have anything different to that, dont bother.
BTW - HSV only claimed an increase of around 5-7 kw over the standard V6, so I fail to see where the extra power is coming from....but this is eBay were talking about, where everything is inflated.
The seller has simply copied the SV3800 binary file (the program in the memcal) and burnt it into another memcal, then printed out a fancy label & stuck it on.
Youre better off putting your money into a memcal tuned to your engine combo.
Spend the money on some mods first, then youll make the most of it.

Find someone with an engine dyno, Kalmaker, Tunerpro etc software and knows how to use it. What they do is pull your memcal out and put a realtime one in and run it on the dyno making mods as it goes. Then they burn that program onto a new memcal and off you go.
