i have a gacanda blue vynal interior in my monaro i need to know what the blue paint on dash and in front of dash pad is called and is there a code to get it mixed in nz as i sanded in front of windscreen and dash is to faded to get an accurate match.

The colour name is Jacana Blue and there are two paints.
Dash is 563 10074 (suede)
Glovebox, ash tray, steering column is 578 1100 (low gloss)

Do you know if the low gloss and suede paints were coated with clear as well from factory?

No clear coat in those days Jeremy. Unless you are going concours just low sheen the whole dash and steering column.
