From one of those Pagewood HQs with the broken L stamp in the VIN and also on the engine number, ie a QI!!

Looks a bit like and industrial stationary application going by the engine mount?
Possibly a concrete aggitator? (Cement mixer)

this has come up plenty of times before, iirc they were used in cement trucks and industrial applications

All the concrete trucks i have seen had 202 or 186.
and the odd falcon 6 log type. and one only with a valiant 215 hemi 6 cyl in it.

Being a 201, did they have a different bore and/ or stroke to a 202? If so, what was the difference?
