Email me the rest of the ID and ill see what it is. Very unusual to find a HQ Belmont ute as a Sandman though as they are normally Kingswoods.

Thanks Byron I know its not a sandman as it still has its original purr-pull paint & belmont badges. I found it unusual as I didnt think you could option up a belmont with 308 4sp . Thanks Ron

HQ Sandmans had Belmont badges. Ive got ID plates here off a 308 4spd HQ belmont van with bench seat. They did exist.

I knew of many 308 4-speed Belmonts utes & vans that friends had bought before the Sandman was thought of. Dr Terry _______________________________________ There are 3 types of people in the world. 1. Those who can count. 2. Those who cant. |

Purr-pull Belmont 308 ute ... sounds brilliant.

I also just realised I have ID for a Purr-pull 10/73 HQ V8 Belmont van with 30B (black bucket seats) trim in a 253 4spd. Ron, yours probably will be a 1973 as well as Purr pull is a 1973 colour, but it cannot be a Sandman anyway as it has a bench seat (30A trim). While looking just found an 8/74 Acacia Ridge Monterey Green metallic 308 M21 Kingswood ute, with a 3 seat capacity.
