Looks pretty simple Terry, do you just use the rope to hold the body at the angle you want? The stub axles are a good idea!

Hi WB Ute I made the one Kev posted with a few modifications works mint and is as solid as. I used a slack adjuster from a truck as a turning and locking mechanism it works a treat.
