Hi can someone please help me with a part number,
9937161 it is supposed to be for a h/jxz n.o.s bonnet from restorers hotline, a guy is selling/claiming its a holden part not taiwn or aftermarket, can someone please help and advise me if you know anything??

That number is correct for an HJ to WB bonnet panel, but that alone doesn't tell you whether it's genuine or not.

Get someone (like a panel beater) who is familiar with them to check it out for you, if you're unsure.

As far as I am aware the HJ-WB hoods have not be done in Taiwan so far.There are some panels such as ute tailgates that are still available. The tooling for the HJ fenders was lost years ago.Some parts are in the process of consideration and will be promoted once they are completed
The main problem is getting good samples to start from.A few photos or a visual inspection would
be the first step to confirmation of the panels origins.
