I bought a ht premier 2 yrs ago, and now ive done some work too it and now wana sell it. The number stamped on the firewall is that number supposed to show up in the id tag?
Because id doesn't. If so can i still sell the car or what do i dooooo?

Firewall number is the cars numerical sequence code. 1st January 1970 was the first time an ADR plate was attached not sure if this plate has the numerical code on it but I know a 69 car doesn't have it on either one of it's two instead of three plates mounted along the top sill of the firewall.

Firewall number is the chassis number and appears on the ADR plate from cars built 1970 and later. Earlier than that and the chassis number isn't on any plates as there is no ADR plate.
