Hi
Have just installed a new fuel injected manifold on my vt but I'm having problems with an after market distributor as it is too big in diameter and might have to change back to the original one.Could anyone please give me dimensions for the diameter of the body and also give me the dimension of the widest point which will be the cap hold down clips.

Regards Nick / Perth

the body is 89mm, from one clip lug to the other is 108mm and its 116mm including clips, might have a trick or 2 depending on body diameter to help fit

What is the trick.Ther's a place in the east that alters the stock 304 distributor out of a vt and they install the required sensors and do other changes to suit a small block chev

sorry for late reply, depends on a few things really, is it a standard manifold? an what diameter is the dizzy u are using? for example say an electronic dizzy in a vl with its very large diameter cap, u can convert to a smaller cap by using a vn 5ltr cap with an xe falcon clevo rotor button.
