Either very early HQ or something from GM not GMH.

All GTS/Rally rims used on HQs up until mid 1973 were Canadian rims like that one. Aussie production of these rims started around 8/73 |

I thought it was HQ! I wasn't sure when they changed to Aussie made wheels. Cheers

These Canadian rims don't seem to follow the usual GM date coding. The "M5" stamp doesn't refer to the date, but means Pontiac instead. All Canadian GTS rims had either "M1" or "M5" above another number, which is the year. In the above case it's 1 for 1971. |

Did Pontiac rims come in 14's? Only ever seen 15x7. This rim came off a very original (rusty and past it's used by date) looking HJ. The other 3 rims were put on a trailor and sold, so can't compare the codes.
