I heard their add on the radio for the dvd set,and they also mention extra unshown clips,I wonder how long extra we get?

I totally agree that it was a good series but another possible inaccuracy was the clip of the police wall advancing against the rowdy Bathurst crowds.
I was at most of the 1000's of this era and used to camp at the top of the mountain. Sure it got a bit rowdy but I don't remember the police being called to intervene like that ever.
My recollection is that that happened at the Easter bike races and I'm wondering if that footage of the 'Bathurst' crowds was actually from the Easter bike races.

Yeah there are some inaccuracies but apparently if you point any of them out Terry gets all upset so its best to just shutup and say what a great job they did and let the bullshirt become history because its a difficult job to be accurate. Apparently. Eventually it will become a game of Chinese whispers and we will all be reminiscing about the day that the Corolla won Bathurst in '69 and what a great drive Brocky had in the '72 Magna. Great footage though.

Dr Terry you sounded taller on radio."What is the world coming too". Its amazing how age changes you.Moffatt was the black hat never wanted him to win but didnt mind Gossy.But since Brock died Moffatt seems to be more affected than most.Shows a different side to the man,than the media portrayed. Good show.
