having some diffuculty with brakes on my ts50 series 1 never really been happy with them and replaced with new slotted discs and ultimate pads the brake pedal feels really hard and like it doesnt want to stop unless it has been driven for a while and the brakes are hot, thought it might have been the brake booster valve but changed it and its still the same any ideas if its in the brake system or just the brake pads thanks

Ultimate pads will be like that as when they are cold they don't stop real well. they are not for someone who is just a regular plod around type driver but for one who likes it to stop with conference from 200KM/H etc.
