G'Day All
Any one have a picture / photo / brochure of a HQ vanity mirror fitted
to the car
My understanding is that they are mounted inside the glove box and
are on a hinge and fold down when in use
Thanks if you can help or know if this is the correct location

yes mounted in glove box next to lock striker, drops down for viewing.
there are holes present in the plastic glove box insert to allow fitting.
the same mirrors are used for HQ right through to commodores. |

The Nasco booklet has a great shot of one in a car with an attractive lady appearing in the looking glass. They are often seen at swap meets so finding one shouldn't be all that hard.
