trying to upload some photos but cant find the way to cut and paste. Can someone advise me please.

Go to an image hosting website like http://tinypic.com/
Click the browse button and locate your photo on your PC.
Go to the resize button and select 'Message Board' 640x480
Upload your photo to the internet . . . . wait
When completed, copy its web address for 'IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards' and paste it in your reply on this forum or any other forum.
