Stumbled across this pair of piss funny poms that are building an AWD mini by shoehorning a Celica GT4 running gear into it. They have unbelievable fabrication skills and are very very funny as well. 8 episodes all up and they are still going. Well worth a watch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hCPODjJO7s

I binge watched all 8 episodes, and now I can't wait for episode 9. It's interesting to see the comments on various blogs. "Why didn't you just use a different car/engine etc etc? They miss the point. Clearly they are insane, and are just doing it because they can!

But you are right, They are doing it cos they can. But man what a fun toy when it is done. Hope they dont bin it too soon after getting it running.
