What is the best method of restoring one of these shrouds. Doesn't have major damage but surface finish is a bit average with scratches and a bit dull. Appreciate any thoughts on this and any good restoration products for this purpose.

Perhaps ask a local plastic welder? Assuming its plastic.
Local fibreglasser if its 'glass?

Premier 350 - Thanks for the reply. I think these shrouds are made out of some type of "poly". Have a damaged one that I will do some different types of clean ups on.
Found a product on the net called Mejuiares "back to black" for bumper bars, might try this also
