I have a 2002 astra 1.8 cd. the emissions light has come on . at the same time the water temp gauge gets to about 95 and then the temperature light comes on and the temp gauge goes to 0. I have done a pressure test all is fine no loss of coolant. does anyone know what is wrong . help please.

Hi Duncan,
Not sure what the problem could be, as it sounds many and varied.
However, as your car is only 2 years old, you must still be under the manufacturer's 5 year warranty and it may be a manufacturer's fault.
