I'm after the paint code for
Purple haze and also does anyone know the colour name and code of the really deep red monaro colour?

Purple Haze is A024.
The deep red - are you referring to the CV8-R red? similar shade to permanent red on the VL Group A?

May I add that A021 Purple Haze was only a trial run of 20 SSs with the VX I. Purple Haze on the Monaro was 896K. It was exactly the same shade and colour but all Holden paint codes except Rodeo & Jackaroo changed in '02.
