Hi all, I have a bit of a problem with the clutch in my EK, after a Supra conversion. It goes fine when cold, but after driving for a while it ceases to operate, ie it crunches when trying to get into gear.

I thought maybe it could be air in the system, getting hot and affecting something?

Any ideas, it is a Hydraulic clutch and the original fork and slave cyl.

Cheers

I would suggest dumping all the clutch fluid. Pull the whole lot appart & clean. Then put back together with nice clean new fluid. It could have a couple of different fluids in it that react once warm.
