the cam followers in my 3.2lt V6 are begining to tap, are they adjustable or do I have to replace them??

Hi monaro202.
Don't touch the lifters, just change your oil.
Go to a semi-synthetic like Castrol Magnatec FMX or similar. You may need to change the oil & filter once, drive it for 1,000 to 2,000 km & then change oil & filter again
