I have a red 253 taken out of a HX some time ago. Looking at it the other day I cannot remember how the heater hoses hooked up. It has one outlet on the thermostat housing, two on the water pump and one on each side of the carby on the inlet manifold. It did have aircon but the compressor had been removed and there was no heater tap.Cheers Lee
