I have a noisy bearing where the pulley is om my air con compressor.I have replaced one of these before on a VN but the VT is different. I can't get the clutch off. I've unscrewed the nut in the centre and tried to lever it off as I did with the VN, but all I managed to do was bend it out of shape. Can anyone tell me if it does pull off or does it somehow unscrew? I would greatly appreciate any help.

Hi accentstencil.

The Harrison V5 on the VT is a bit more difficult to remove the clutch from than the Sanden.

I'm afraid it's off the car & on the bench with the correct tools.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
