Hi John,
Thank you for your recent advice re; Barina Clutch.
I checked out Auto Masters Kewdale and they only charged me $55 to adjust the clutch. Changing gears now works smoothly and correctly.
I had several mechanics advise me, that I needed to have the gearbox overhauled or that it had syncromeshing problems. One mechanic quoted me over $1,000 to have it overhauled. Fortunately, I spoke to Dad and he confirmed what you said, that it was clutch problems and that an adjustment was all that was required.
