Hi I have a 179 hp M20 4sp and a torana diff I would like to put a 5sp in. It is going in a fb. What would I have to change A good detail of whats needed would be great thanks heaps Brad Ihave brought anything for it yet working out costs and best 5sp to get thanks

If it's already got an Aussie 4-speed it means the tunnel has been modified to an EK auto or similar. A Celica or Supra 5-speed should fit where the M20 is, even may have it's shifter out of the same hole if you get the right box. Basically you'll need:
