I have a mirror which I believe is off a circa HQ statesman, with the cables for remote adjustment, and its the drivers side one, but I've searched Ebay and swap meets and everything, and have never seen a passenger side one to match it, does anybody know if they are available anywhere as its a nice mirror and a pair of them would look good on my ute, it doesnt need to be a remote adjusting one, just a matching one. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi russellsydney.
To my knowledge there is no LHS version of the HQ-HZ remote mirror.
The WB Statesman mirrors come in LHS & RHS versions, in 2 types, electric or cable, probably worth a look.

harrisons early spares in brisbane did a very nice stainless steel arm for the left side and attached the right side mirror and cable....i purchased one a couple of years back but it wasnt cheap.....try harrisons and see if they still sell them...if not i |

they either had none or they used the normal hq to hz left mirror...gotta remember that when we were young traffic wasnt too heavy and parking spaces were big... |

Also the one tonner mirrors were different to the others, they had a longer arm to peek out past the tray. They are very hard to find.
