Was doing a bit of tidying up found a heater demister blower motor out of a VN I wrecked. Tried it out in the HQ and it fits perfectly, it is out of a aircon VN, and is larger than the standard Q one, but the same as the air con HQ-WB. The only mods are to replace the wiring plug and take the rubber grommets out, so you get a much newer motor with heaps of power. Not sure how it will work with the switch as can't test that maybe someone can try it and see and let us know. That could help someone out!

There are a few different types in HQ-WB, LH-UC. Some have a single + terminal and a -ve strap, some have two terminals and the motor is only press fitted into the plate that supports it. Probably just different sub-contract manufacturers. I used to use t |

I would imagine you would also have to use the resistor pack that goes with that motor for speed control - it would be sized appropriately, not only in resistance (ohms) but also in wattage. Also, as you indicated, the switch current rating may need to b
