is it possible for an 18yr old to get insurance for a cv6 monaro?? i heard no insurance company will insure a P plater with a turbo or scharge... but is there a chance cuz ive heard there might be.. soz for the stupid q lol but im eager 2 find out.. can any1 help me out

Why not do what we all did at 17-21 with our first cars. Put it in Dad's or Mum's name. We wont tell. If you are NSW resident the Pollies only know that V8's kill, not V6's or hot 4's.

I think if you want to insure your car in your parents name there names have to be on the regerstraion. Organise that then get your Mum or Dad to tell the insurance company that you only drive it occusionaly and you will get cheaper insurance.

Just Car insurance will insure anyone with any previous insurance and car hassles... At a cost of course... Give them a call.. it is free to get a quote!!

The most important thing to do is call EVERYWHERE to get quotes, you will be surprised at how much they differ.
