Hey guys,
I need your expert advice before I take my ute to the holden shop for repairs - I have a 99 VSIII SS ute (manual, V8) and lately its starting to sort of shudder/jerk when I start going from a stop, or when its going up hills, usually in the lower gears. The guy who owned it before me used to tow his boat, so Im thinking it may be some sort of diff problem???? Apart from that, it runs like a dream. Any advice on what it may be? I dont want to go to the mechanics with no idea, its a sure fire way to get ripped off.
Any ideas would be great.

Maybe the clutch needs an adjustment or needs a new one.
