Value and collectability depends on condition and originality, although some people will buy anything with 2 doors just to get one.Total hardtop production numbers will be available somewhere but I doubt that you'll be able to get more specific figures bro

Rust in door pillars is never a good sign.If it's there you can bet it will also be in a lot of other areas you can't see, like the front bulkhead, the plenum and possibly the floor as well.Faded paint probably means a respray and when you start to pull it

Thank you for your reply Anthony, The rust in the door pillars has just lifted the paint approx. 6inches from base of pillars the size of a 20c piece definately not terminal. The paint work is genuine but for enthusist new paint would be required. Panal w

This will sound predictable but I will explain my reasoning.I think $20000 is way too high for that car.If it was either fully restored or immaculate original (much more desireable) I would say mid to high teens. In my opinion $20000 for a car needing work

Thanks: 1 times
Prices are all over the place with coupes. A friend of mine got a nice blue XC factory 351 coupe about 8 weeks ago. There's about 3 grands worth of work needed to get it A1 but then again it only cost $800. I missed out on a genuine XB GT coupe 18 mont

I tend to agree with Anthony and Paul. While the price of coupes are rising quite dramatically only the best examples are pulling that type of money.

An XA GT Coupe in good nick could reach your $20,000 figure with immaculate ones up around $25,000 pl
