After some advice on swaybar size for the front of my hk 6cyl brougham. bar in it is 17mm,have been offered a larger bar,the guy thinks its 25mm but hes gunna let me know for sure. Far as i can tell the total suspension, springs and all is factory for a 307chev{original fitted donk}}[air rider rear shocks and leaf helpers].been told that the rigid rear end calls for a big front bar,but suspension geometry is not real clear to me.bit hard to try different sizes and suck and see as its not on the road yet.one thing i am sure of is nolathane bushes in sway bars always have kept things nice and predictable. any ideas or past experiences? |

the 25mm should do well, especially with nolathane bushes all round. dont just do the sway bar, as they will flog out. the trick with nolathane is to replace every bush at once. mixing rubber and nolathane is a no-no.

Thanks for that.Maybe misinformed here, but ive heard that one shouldnt use nolathane in control arm bushes as this transfers vibrations through the front end, through the car? i reckon that it makes sense to use nolathane all over though to tighten up all |
