Hi all.
I have a 308 which I'm running a straight gas four barrel throttle body with, and I have a choice of a standard HT manifold, or an Edelbrock perfprmance one. Just wondering what people think is the best way to go. Cheers.

Street Machine did a 308 on the dyno test about 15-20 years ago. It was called 'Power Games' if I remember correctly. They discovered that the HT-HJ/LH 308 manifold actually performed as good as the Edelbrock Performer version. This was with petrol of cou

I have tried several after market manifolds on my HQ and have actually gone back to the pre pollution original manifold as I have found it works best.
Thid is probably because my 253 is pretty much stock.

I have also used the maxitork and dislike them , I have a standard pre pollution HQ 308 manifold with rotty on a 253 with mild cam and it runs a treat.
