I've got a crashbox to be put in a EH (replacing a worn crashbox). Can they be put in without removing the bellhousing, clutch etc.

HI Jackal.
Yes, the crashbox can be swappeed without removing the bellhousing & clutch etc.
Be careful just swapping boxes though, there are 2 types in an EH & the are not interchangeable.
On the earlier box there are 4 bolts holding the box to t |
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0 |

Thanks Doc. I'm glad to hear that. I'll be putting it in after a trip to the chiropractor, and the less time spent under there the better.
