Does anyone know what the heater box is made out of on a HKTG??
A form of IMP, fibreglass, asbestos, etc??

The one in my hk brougham is fibreglass-id assume they all are

Hi Vern,

I have only taken my heaterbox cover off once on my HG and that was to replace the copper radiator inside of it. I am quite certain that it's made of injected moulded plastic. If it was fibreglass, I am sure that mine may have started to splin

Mine looks to be fibreglass by the texture and "feel"of it
