That's the engine number prefix, not the casting number. Any yes, it's LJ XU-1

I seen it cast right where 202 should be.the original motor in xu1 blew up and was replaced by holden warrantee.so the storey goes? was not bog. engine was still hot in car.i did not believe him and he poped the hood up.

If it was replaced by Holden it would have an NP prefixed engine number. I've seen 3 or 4 NP blocks, and they all had 202 on the side. How do you know it wasn't fabricated if it's in the car and painted over?
