Hi Leroy and Mr grim reaper(and all others!),welcome to the thread it will help us with parts etc...speaking of which LUKE has got all those cars and has personally helped me out HEAPS with my build(hq windowless p/van)at very good prices and parts ....ps Luke the trans and engine are in the car now.

Sorry jim i misread the name its Don in roxby and the parts are getting a bit rare but found a reasonable hk in andamooka which im now the proud owner of but yet to pick up and alot needs doing. Cheers |

Yeah i know, i had another one i picked up for $300 but had to sell it to relocate its on old holden in Nessys shed have a look i was a very stupid person to let it go . But now i have another one to look forward to hope some guys out there know some fellas with parts Cheers mate |

i just looked at ya pro file r you would know it u r a roxby person its out of rego trying to get it painted and spending a dollar or 2 on the runing gear come and check me out 1 day u might have something i could use and i may have somethink u can use

that sucks i work the same my day off is 2 morro then i got 10 days on then my 5 days r off i work 13 /1 3 weeks of them then 5 off my kids hate it not 2 metion the wife all the blokes r of 2 bali thats y next shift is short

Hi Andrew,if you search(on the left at the top)and use the word TIPS or TRICKS you will find a post i started a while ago,some good info came thru from lots of people..cheers....i move it up to the top for you in this section.. Cheers Jim. Ive been reading through the forums etc getting some ideas. My main goal is to restore this girl back to original (yea ha! you hear that all the time). It will be a long project since I have so many other financial commitments on the go. Top it off I am not a panel body guy, so I dare not start to tinker with body work for fear of royally screwing up.
Ill have to make some local inquiries at Adelaide restoration shops to see what kind of work they can do. |
