if it's for personal use only, i wouldn't have thought so?

if it's being used in a business then there is

ask the manufacturer, on how they suggest installing it, the critical part would be bolting it down, the slab would have to be good too

Bendpak is an American brand, I got one about 12-months ago. Very solid very safe and well built.

hello, i've been searching this forum for a while and i have finally got around to posting. i just wanted to pitch in and say that the Maxjax is definitely a good choice if you have low ceilings. look here at http://www.dannmar.com/d...o-post-lifts/maxjax.asp

theres a bunch of information regarding the safety factors and benefits - plus it is patented so good luck finding it elsewhere. big bad dog good luck with whatever you choose.

The guy had it on ebay for $4800 second hand but when I contacted him he told me it was actually brand new leftover from an automotive show where it wasnt used. I think it was North Queensland Auto Parts but his website isnt working anymore so maybe he's gone bust?
It was only $700 transport from QLD to my doorstep in SA, not bad for 1.2 tons and 5 metres in length.

Its a BendPak HD-14 (6.3 ton capacity)
It was a bit of a bargain because the usual price is about $9,000

You wont need a HD-14, a HD-9 is all most people need.
http://www.bendpak.com/c...ur-post-lifts/hd-9.aspx
Probably still wont be cheap though, keep flippin!
