Thats come up grouse. I had one the same many years ago.

I know what you are saying about the gaps, nothings changed much though, Holden still do a very poor job of fitting extras.

true eh!

you can probably see from the second photo down, the middle part of the spoiler isnt actually as wide as the boot! how the hell did they manage that! haahah..
its an original plastic unit too. cant imagine what a repro would be like.. :/

cant wait to wash this car either. easy to see from the pics how filthy the car is now.

happen to have a pic of your old one?

cheers again. feel free to keep going, youre full of compliments! :D

as far as orig goes, its pretty much going to be spot on. BUT, it will be lowered and hopefully have a set of 15X7 widened GTS wheels with redwalls.

i just reckon the car slightly lowered on widened GTS wheels (Without the trim-rings though) looks ****-hot!

speaking of which, where did you get those wheels from?

heres a before/after with the old springs in too. just gotta pass rego first, and i reckon with a front spoiler itl be well and truly below legal. probably bust the bloody thing off in 2secs anyway!

The Gts wheels were 14x 6, I took them to Summerfield Engineering and they fitted the brand new 15 x 7 & 15 x 8 blanks to them
then i had them sanblasted then primed then painted..

Im in the process of getting the square edge trim rings , I think they would look alot better than the cheap round ones I have on there at the moment.

Your right it does look ***T Hot without them in that Pic .

That Pic does look Pretty good

The 15 inch blanks cost 100 bucks a rim . the second hand 14 inch gts wheels cost 75 bucks a rim

sanblasting 100 bucks ,

Painting only cost me 50 bucks a rim, cheap as we are up to 1000k all ready

then centers then tyres its ads up

If you can already get them in 15 inch, do it. probably work out cheaper

didnt end up buying those rims. messaged the guy the night i saw em, and he came across as a ****er, so fcuk him. looks like someone else picked em up in the end anyway.
did buy these though:

pretty hammered eh! 4 of them are orig holden and 14X6.. all dated mid 75 to mid 76. the one on the far right is 14X8! not too bad nick either...
but i want them all to be 15X7.. so i called a wheel joint today n had a chat about it and got a price of 115 a rim. gonna take em down tomorrow hopefully.

alllso, been polishing the stainless! heres a couple windscreen pieces done:
