These are available as a standard item from Rare Spares part DM2015 in a black finish. They can be painted by yourself to colour match the vehicle. In Diecast Aluminium as per original

The Die cast ones are the XY GT type. The type on that Torana are all plastic.

They were fitted to Falcons XA XB XC Escorts some MK1 and most if not all MK2's and Cortinas TC TD TE as well as a few late build MK1 Capri's

Different model cars had different spacers to adapt them to the door shape. The Falcons had no spacer.

RH ones are fairly easy to find but LH ones are a lot more difficult. They were also available with remote cables but they are quite rare too.

I may have one or two of them.

I remember these available in plastic as a Ford 'Motorcraft' accessory kit. They were packed in a green box & had the different spacers as described by Jim5.0.

They were a commonplace item, for all cars, not just Fords, during the late 70s & 80s.

In that case have a look at the Rare Spares GMH mirrors DM1019 & DM1020 as they fit many of the HJ-HZ ,LH-UC and have a plastic surround.
