Are the HK Monaro tail light surrounds ever comming back?
No stock for several months and not taking any orders.

These were never made by Rare Spares but an independent supplier. They have to order a large quantity from their overseas supplier. There may be issues between them and the factory that has stopped supply.

I've just fitted a pair, and I'd strongly recommend refurbishing the originals.

I've got a set of the new ones here but they're so narrow inside that they'll just crack my NOS lenses eventually I reckon.

I think you're right I'll start looking for some good originals to re-chrome.

Thanks

Rare Spares wouldn't sell the rear boot mould garnish from that supplier. It was 2-3 mm too long at each end and overhung the boot lid. Being anodised it couldn't be cut down for a start. If fitted you risked cutting your fingers when washing the car. The ends could hit the tail light rims as well.
