I found this copper coil thingy on the floor of a Torana I am doing dash repairs to..
The bulb is size comparison .
Ideas please.

It's an inductor. My best guess is that it was in an in line fuse holder for noise suppression for a radio.

Maybe...This model is the UC deluxe with the radio cassette down in the consul which I have pulled out .

I have never seen anything like it in a car anyway....weird.
