I had one near identical in my shed until late last year, same colour, similar period mods, US Chevrolet 327 engine except with black trim and from Acacia Ridge. Does the fact it was in my shed since the early 90's make it a 'barn find" too?

I also like the BS story about "Strong suggestion from Holden that Engine is original to Shell" - like Holden would have any idea!

Once Ben gets the chassis and engine number (if original) he will probably be able to even pick what sequence number it is from Elizabeth give or take a car or two. My guess is the tags are out there on another car already, wouldn't be too many Picardy red 327's from Elizabeth with 12X trim.

Did we ever find out if it is the original engine and the sequence number?
