Hi All.
I'm sure you have all heard of the sad passing of Harry Firth last week.
With the funeral in Melbourne tomorrow I thought it was appropriate in this forum to express gratitude for the life of this man, and to acknowledge his enormous contribution to the evolution of the Australian car in motorsport, of both the Lion and Blue Oval persuasion.
Amazing to think that so many of the cars he did so much to make successful in motorsport are some the most sought after collectors cars 30 and 40 years later.

I'd like to think that Harry is somewhere right now, arguing with St Peter about the technicalities of the rule book for entry into the pearly gates.

Geoff

One of the great men of motorsport.

All one has to do is truly believe is Jesus Christ, there is no argument in that but it could be about where in the mansion that others may wonder.
