Looking at installing a ww2 carb on my 186 with a cable set up
I’m looking at this :

https://www.holdspares.c...tor-cable-pedal-assembly

Has anyone put one of these kits into an HK and does it fit easily or do I need to modify it?
Is there a better cable set up for the HK?

Have helped fit one to an FC, no drama at all.

We used Commodore, but they are the same.

Cable length will vary and the carby end bracket location. As there is no 186S cable set up, you will have to make/modify your own bracket. (on 253 they pull forward but on 186S they pull back)
