For new parchment vinyl there seems to be at least three different shades and I'm not happy with any of them.

I've decided to re-use my original seats and door trims because they're too good not to.
The colour needs touching up on one arm-rest and a couple of other areas on the seats and I'd like to match the original parchment perfectly but thats not easy to do.

Parchment seems to be a two step coating, an off-white base followed by a hint of gold pearl which I guess is part of a low gloss clear. Its very difficult to match it in one step.

I've been told by a couple of people to use a standard acrylic lacquer with a flex agent in it and that does seem to stick like sh!t to a blanket on a couple of test pieces.

The parchment pressure cans are not close apparently but I havent tried any of them.
Has anyone else had success closely matching the original pearl parchment?

The original pinch-weld is off-white with no pearl and that cleaned up nicely.
