Hey guys.
I’ve got an issue with my 2004 Falcon Ba 4.0 patrol automatic and I can’t figure out what’s going on, it’s driving me insane...

Only happens when warm, runs perfect when cold.

So when warm, while I’m driving she goes into limb mode, check engine light comes on, after a few restarts she’s good To go again till a few minutes later happens again. I feel misfiring while driving. I’ve changed so far, coils, spark plugs, throttle body, cam angle sensor, power steering switch, actuator pedal sensor.
Codes it’s throwing me are p2112 p2111 p2110 p2105 p2101 p2100 p1270

I know it’s a long shot but maybe someone got a clue what’s going on her, I have a slight feeling maybe the pcm is sending faulty messages..
