Took the cover off the HK van from its winter sleep today and while doing the usual checks the top of the dipstick broke off. It's 307 powerglide. Problem I've got is new dipsticks are sold by tube length 23" 24" or 61cm. Anyone know what the HK glide length is? prefer to get correct length to avoid changing whole tube.

If I had one here easily accessible I'd measure it for you. The one in the GTS is up on a hoist and hard to get to, there is another here somewhere up on the mazzanine but bugger if I know where! There is an old HK Powerglide on a pallet that I can get to easily but its dipstick and tube aren't in it, it might be the one up on the mezzanine - I remember seeing it 5 years or more ago but buried up there now.

24" 61mm is the same length
Add mark 25nm from bottom
Full mark 40 mm from bottom
