I have a 186s with a engine number 186s131341. Is this a Sydney engine? Thanks

Just about all GMH red 6's were made at Fisherman's Bend engine plant in Melbourne, so they are all Melbourne engines. Without the original rego papers or log books for the car it was originally installed in there is no way to know at what assembly plant it was put into a car.
