Does anyone know the fix / cure for drivetrain vibration for VS Statesmans?

Is it a vibration that comes & goes at around 80-100km/h and when it occurs you can stop it by shifting back to 3?
If so, it's the torque convertor - something to do witht he lock up clutch, and I've been told a VT one fixes it.

Thanks for the advice.
The vibration occurs at b/n 40 to 60kph then returns at 100 to 120 kph. thats what is so annoying

If it is any help, my VS series 2 statesman had a bad driveline vibe at 20-30k's, it was the tailshaft not balanced correctly. hope to be of help.
