I WANT TO REMOVE THE AIRCON FROM MY HZ S/WAGON HOWEVER WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE HOLE THAT'S LEFT? I HAVE SEEN CARS WITH LARGE BLANKS OVER THE AREA ON THE FIREWALL WHERE IT USED TO BE? CAN ANYONE HELP?

Not sure how to blank off, however I would think fitting the standard heater core, frame and fan from the non aircon model will cover the hole. What do you want to do with the aircon when removed. I want to put aircon in my HZ wagon, we might be able to

SORRY DUDE BUT THE AIR-CON IS STUFFED!!! MOST OF IT HAS BEEN REMOVED YEARS AGO AND WHAT'S LEFT IS BUTCHERED. THAT'S WHY IT'S COMING OUT. PLUS THE FACT THE CAR IS GONNA SEE MORE 1/4 MILES THAN SUNDAY DRIVES.

If you can put what's left in a box and post it to me, that would be great as having some spares when I put aircon in eventually would be useful? If you're happy to do that just respond here with your email address or email me at peteramanda at iprimus.c

Just put the non air heater box in,it covers the hole, the only thing you will have to cover then is the two heater pipe holes as they come out of the heater box itself, not out of the fire wall like the air model.Iknow this as ive just fitted air to my hz

I'm pretty sure you have to have at the very least a working fan for windscreen demisting to get through rego. So fitting just the plain heater fan box would be the go. Really easy to fit, once you've got the a/con stuff out.

Cheers, Steve.
